Employees are your whole team in Master Clients. The employee list drives the calendar columns, the specialists in online booking, payroll, reports, and who can sign in to the system and with which rights. Open it from Staff → All employees.
Specialist or operator#
| Specialist | Operator | |
|---|---|---|
| Who | Master, doctor, trainer — clients book with them | Administrator, manager — works in the system |
| Calendar | Own column | No column |
| Services and schedule | Yes | No |
| Online booking | Clients pick them on the website (can be hidden) | — |
| System access | Optional: “Master”, “Manager” or “Administrator” | “Manager” or “Administrator” |
| Subscription | All active employees count — both specialists and operators | |
The type is chosen at the top of the employee window and can be changed at any time: a specialist's services and schedule are kept and come back if you make them a specialist again.
What an employee has#
- Name, position, phone, photo — the position is shown in the list and to clients in online booking; the photo is uploaded in the employee profile.
- Services — what the specialist does. When booking, the system suggests only suitable specialists. If nobody is ticked for a service, all specialists perform it.
- Work schedule — “The same every week” (e.g. Mon–Fri 10:00–20:00) or “By calendar days” for shift work like 2/2. Vacation, sick leave and substitutions are marked in Staff → Working hours.
- Calendar color — the color of the specialist's column and appointments.
- Show in online booking — turn it off and clients can't book this specialist themselves on the website. In the calendar, staff book them as usual.
- Branches — if the company has several branches: a branch calendar shows only its employees.
- Salary — set up in Staff → Salary: monthly, daily or hourly base, a percentage of services (of the price or of the amount paid), special rates for individual services, bonuses, fines and payouts.
System access and rights#
The System access block in the employee window: sign-in email, password and access level.
| Level | What they see and can do | Who assigns it |
|---|---|---|
| No access | Doesn't sign in | — |
| Master | Their own schedule and appointments. What exactly is allowed — in Settings → Staff access | Owner or administrator |
| Manager | Calendar, clients and cash desk. A custom set of sections can be defined by a rule in Settings → Access rights; a PIN is used to delete appointments | Owner or administrator |
| Administrator | Full company management | Owner only |
The owner is the account the company is registered to. It can't be deactivated or deleted from the employees page. You also can't change your own access or deactivate yourself — so you never lock yourself out by mistake.
Counters, search and filters#
Next to the title you see Total · Active · Inactive, and if you have both specialists and operators — their counts too. Click a number to show only those employees.
The search box looks through name, phone, sign-in email and position. The Filters button opens the conditions:
| Filter | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Status | Active or inactive |
| Type | Specialists or operators |
| System access | No access, master, manager, administrator — several at once |
| Branch | Who works in the selected branches (if there are several) |
| Position | A choice of the positions set for employees |
| Performs service | Specialists who perform the service (including “all specialists” services) |
| Online booking | Specialists shown in or hidden from online booking |
| Work schedule | Set or not set: no weekly schedule, or no working days marked ahead |
Selected conditions appear as chips under the search box: the cross removes one, Reset removes all. Next to them you see how many employees were found. Conditions are kept in the page address, so you can bookmark the link.
Employee order#
Drag an employee by the handle to the left of the checkbox — with the mouse or your finger on a phone. The order is saved immediately and used everywhere:
- specialist columns in the calendar;
- the list of specialists in online booking and on the company page;
- employee pickers in appointments, sales and reports.
Inactive employees are always at the bottom and can only be dragged among themselves. While search or filters are on, dragging is disabled: not everyone is visible, and the order could get mixed up. A new employee goes to the end of the list.
Bulk actions#
Tick employees (the checkbox in the header selects all found). A panel appears at the bottom:
| Action | Rules |
|---|---|
| Services | Add, replace or remove the ticked services (with all variants). Specialists only. Adding doesn't change an “all specialists” service; removing it keeps it for the other specialists. The last specialist of a service can't be removed — such services are listed in the result. |
| Branches | Add, replace or remove branches. An employee must keep at least one branch. Available only with several branches. |
| Enable | Within your plan: if there are no free places, the rest are skipped with a hint. |
| Disable | You can't deactivate yourself; administrators — only the owner. If the selected employees have future appointments, the system first shows how many and a link to them. |
| Online booking | Show or hide specialists in online booking. Operators are skipped. |
After an action, a summary appears above the list: “Changed: 3, unchanged: 1, skipped: 1” with a reason for each skipped employee.
The page has a Take a page tour button — a short step-by-step walkthrough. The ? circle next to the title briefly explains what the page is for.
