Services: variants, fixed price, specialists

What a service has, price by time or fixed, specialists, online booking, materials and the receipt code.

Updated 18.10.2026

Services are your price list in Master Clients: what you do, how much it costs and how long it takes. A service sets the length of an appointment in the calendar, the price on the receipt and the specialists who perform it. From the Services section this data goes to the calendar and the appointment window, online booking on the company page, sales at the till, reports and staff salary.

Quick start. You don't have to type the price list by hand: upload it from Excel or simply take a photo — the system will recognise services and prices itself. See Importing services from Excel, photo and PDF.

What a service has#

  • Name and group — groups are sections of the price list: "Hair", "Nails", "Massage". They make services easier to find both in the calendar and for clients in online booking.
  • Variants — duration and price. One service can have several variants: 30, 60 and 90 minutes, each with its own price.
  • Break after — time for cleaning and preparation: the next client can't be booked back to back.
  • SKU and barcode — for search and sales at the till. An empty SKU gets the next number automatically.
  • Who performs it — the specialists who do the service. Only they are offered in the calendar and online booking. If nobody is selected, all specialists do it.
  • Online booking — the "Available for online booking" switch: whether clients see the service on the company page.
  • Materials — how much stock is used per service (each variant can have its own amount).
  • Fiscal data — payment subject, VAT and the HS code (in Armenia — the ATG code) for the fiscal receipt.

Price by time or fixed price#

In the service window, in the Variants block, choose how the price is calculated:

By timeFixed
ExampleMassage 30 / 60 / 90 minMake-up, manicure, consultation
PriceIts own for each durationOne price, doesn't depend on time
DurationExact, the client chooses a variantApproximate (~): only reserves a slot in the calendar
VariantsAs many as neededOne
Hourly resource rateCan be added to the priceNot added

Need another price with a fixed-price service (for example, day and evening make-up)? Create a separate service. Such services are marked Fixed price in the list.

How to add a service#

  1. Open Services and click Add service.
  2. Enter the name and, if you like, choose a group and add a description for clients.
  3. Choose how the price is calculated and fill in the variants: duration and price.
  4. Select the specialists and check the online booking switch.
  5. If you keep stock, add materials. Save.

The section page has a Take a page tour button — a short tour that highlights step by step where everything is. The ? circle next to the title briefly explains what the page is for.

Materials and write-off#

In the Materials block choose stock items and enter the amount per service. When an appointment is marked "Came", the materials are written off automatically. The block is visible to staff with stock access; materials must first be added in the Stock section.

Code for the receipt#

If a fiscal cash register (HDM or ATOL) is connected, a code icon appears next to the service name: green — the code is set, yellow — it isn't. The code is set in the Fiscal data block of the service window. An empty field means the default code from the cash register settings is used.

Armenia, HDM: the cash register won't print a receipt without a code. Set the code on the service or the default code in Settings → Integrations.

How many services: counters next to the title#

Next to the Services title there are three numbers: Total, Active and Inactive. Services are counted, not variants: a massage with 30 / 60 / 90 minute variants is one service. Click a number to show only active or only inactive services.

Search and filters#

The search bar looks through names, SKUs and barcodes. The Filters button opens a panel of conditions — the same as in the Sales section:

FilterWhat it shows
GroupThe group menu on the left: one group, "No group" or "Inactive"
StatusActive or inactive services
MasterServices the selected master performs ("All masters" services are included too — anyone can do them)
Service mastersSpecific masters assigned, or none assigned (everyone performs it)
Online bookingOn or off
How the price is calculatedBy time or fixed
Price and durationA "from — to" range: a service matches if at least one variant fits
Receipt codeSet or not (when a fiscal cash register is connected)
Material usageYes or no (visible to staff with stock access)
ResourcesThe service is linked to resources or not (if such links exist)

Selected conditions are shown as chips under the search bar: the cross on a chip removes the condition, Reset clears the search and all conditions at once. On the right you see Found: N. Conditions are stored in the page address, so you can bookmark a filtered list or send the link to a colleague.

Order of services and groups#

  • Groups — drag the handle in the menu on the left. "No group" and "Inactive" always stay at the bottom.
  • Services — drag the handle at the start of a row. Services move within their group; it works with a mouse and with a finger on a phone.
  • The order is saved immediately and used in the calendar, the sale window and online booking.
  • While search or filters are on, the handle is grey: the order cannot be changed in an incomplete list. Choosing a group in the left menu does not block it.

Bulk actions#

Tick services at the start of rows — or tick the checkbox in the table header to select all found services (search and filters are respected). A Selected: N panel appears at the bottom with actions:

ActionRules
To groupMoves to the chosen group or "no group". For inactive services it changes the group they return to when activated
PricePlus / minus a percent, plus / minus an amount, or one price for all; rounding to 10, 50 or 100. All variants change. A preview shows the new prices before applying. If a price would drop below zero, the service is skipped
MastersAdd to the assigned ones, replace or remove. "Replace" with nobody selected means all masters perform the service. You cannot remove the last master — the service is skipped
Activate / deactivateDeactivated services go to the "Inactive" group, activated ones return to their group
Online bookingShow in or hide from online booking
DurationAdd or subtract minutes — for all variants; "one duration" — only for services with one variant. Duration is 5 to 600 minutes, otherwise the service is skipped. Variant names like "60 min" update automatically
Break afterOne value for all variants
Fixed price / price by timeFixed — only for services with one variant, the rest are skipped
Fiscal dataPayment object, VAT (Russia) and receipt code; leave "— do not change —" for what you do not want to touch
Export to ExcelA file with only the selected services — in the same format as the full export
DeleteOnly services without history are deleted. The others have appointments or memberships — the system offers to deactivate them

After an action, a summary appears above the list: changed, unchanged and skipped — with a reason for each skipped service. All changes of one action are applied together: if something goes wrong, nothing changes.

Inactive services and the "Inactive" group#

You do not have to delete a service you no longer provide — you can deactivate it: with the switch in the row, the Service available for booking switch in the service window, or a bulk action.

  • An inactive service is not offered in the calendar, the sale window or online booking. Past appointments, receipts, reports and salaries are kept.
  • The system moves it to the "Inactive" group — the group is created automatically, shown last and muted. An empty group is hidden from the menu.
  • The system remembers which group the service was in. When activated, it returns there; if that group was deleted, it becomes "no group".
  • The "Inactive" group cannot be renamed or deleted — the system manages it.
  • In the employee window inactive services are shown in grey marked "inactive", so already ticked ones are not lost.

Delete or deactivate#

  • You can delete a service that has no appointments or memberships yet — it disappears completely.
  • If the service already has appointments, the bin does not delete it but deactivates it and moves it to "Inactive" — past appointments, receipts and reports keep showing its name.
  • Bulk delete removes only services without history and offers to deactivate the rest.
