Payment
You can pay for services on site in cash or by bank card.
Cancelling and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge no later than 1 day before the visit.
If you are running late, please let us know in advance. If you are significantly late, the visit may be shortened or rescheduled.
Prepayment refund
If the booking is cancelled no later than 1 day before the visit, the prepayment is refunded in full. For later cancellations or no-shows the prepayment is not refunded in cash; it stays on your deposit and is applied to your next visit.
If the service cannot be provided through our fault or we reschedule the visit, the prepayment is refunded in full or, at your choice, applied to another visit.
Money is refunded the same way it was paid: to the same bank card or account within 10 business days of your request. The time it takes to reach your card depends on your bank. Cash payments are refunded on site.
Returns and exchanges of goods are made in accordance with the law.
